Gaimersheim, July 27, 2015 – After only two months of construction, Creative Wave has celebrated the roofing ceremony for its extension in Dachau. The modelling offshoot of the design service provider Design Consulting in Gaimersheim specialises in the implementation of design projects for the automotive and industrial sector. The imminent doubling of the production area is an important milestone for further growth. Since its inception in 2008, Creative Wave has developed very well in the environment of renowned automobile manufacturers. While the parent company Design Consulting acts as an internationally successful design service provider and recruiter, Creative Wave has established itself as a modelling studio in recent years. The Dachau company successfully covers the complete automotive design field – from 1:1 models to show cars to custom products. The starting number of 13 permanent employees turned into 47, added up to 37 freelancers. The 2,600 square meter production hall in Dachau soon became too tight. Therefore, Creative Wave builds a 2,500 square meter production hall in the immediate vicinity since June. Now – less than two months later – the roof is ready. Around 60 guests arrived to the traditional roofing ceremony. Beside the shareholders of Design Consulting, Alexander Medawar, Martin Diepold and Glen Sutherland, also Florian Hartmann, Mayor of the town of Dachau, and Thomas Schmid, CEO of Sparkasse Dachau, where present. In his speech, Hartmann was enthusiastic about the emerging young company: “Creative Wave is creative, innovative, and has acquired an impressive business with record-breaking growth. Creative Wave’s CEO Frank Rümmelein was also pleased with the doubling of the production area, which should be completed by October 2015. “It is a great advantage for our customers that we are able to present our 1:1 models on an extra outdoor space now. The old hall simply became too tight.“
